Telehealth Dietitian Appointments
All appointments are delivered via Cliniko, a secure and encrypted telehealth platform. Booking is simple: choose a time that suits you, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with a secure link to join your session. You can connect from your computer, tablet, or phone — no downloads or special software required.
How telehealth works
Easy access: Join from anywhere; home, work, or while travelling.
Confidential & secure: Encrypted platform that protects your privacy.
No travel needed: Save time and energy, while still receiving specialist support.
One session or ongoing coaching?
Some clients book a single consultation to get answers to specific questions. But most benefit from ongoing nutrition coaching: regular sessions that build habits, adapt to your medications and lifestyle, and keep you supported with your diabetes management.
With ongoing coaching, you’ll have someone in your corner, helping you stay accountable, confident, and consistent.
Choose the service that suits you
You can book:
Initial consultation – a comprehensive first session where we review your health background, current challenges, set your first steps.
Review consultations – focused follow-ups to keep you on track, adapt your plan, and provide accountability.
Packages – a cost-effective option for those who want structured, longer-term support.
Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive:
A confirmation email with your secure Cliniko link
A new client form to complete ahead of your first session (so we can make the most of our time together)
Fees and rebates
I don’t offer a bulk-billing service. Payment is required at the time of booking or on the day of your appointment.
You may be eligible for:
Medicare rebate: If your GP has provided you with a Chronic Disease Management Plan (care plan), you can claim a Medicare rebate. Please ensure your plan is completed and supplied before your appointment date.
Private health insurance rebate: If your extras cover includes dietitian services, you may be able to claim a rebate from your health fund. Check with your insurer for details.
If you’re unsure about your eligibility, speak with your GP or health fund before booking.
