How online telehealth services work
Book online. Choose a time that suits you. You’ll get a confirmation email with a secure videolink.
Prepare. Complete your new client form and share recent test rsults, glucose or CGM data if you have them.
Your appointment. All consultations are delivered via Cliniko, a secure telehealth platform. There is no need to download special software. You’ll just need a quiet space, a stable internet connection, and a camera and microphone.
Follow up. You receive a summary and resources, and follow-ups adjust your plan.
What to expect at your first telehealth session
Once you book, you’ll receive a confirmation email and a new client form to complete before your first session.
The form helps me understand your medical history, diabetes type, medications, recent blood test results, glucose patterns, food habits and goals, so we can make the most of our appointment.
During your first appointment, we’ll:
Review your medical history, current medications, and any recent test results.
Discuss your current eating habits, lifestyle, and challenges.
Set clear, realistic goals
Create an initial action plan, with practical steps you can start using straight away.
After the session, you’ll receive a summary and resources to help you put your plan into action.
How working together works: we plan, you practise and we review and adjust.
