TELEHEALTH DIETITIAN APPOINTMENTS

Telehealth consultations are delivered online via a secure and easy to use Telehealth platform.

You will not have to download any programs or software for Telehealth services. After booking, you will be provided with an email with the videolink to connect at your appointment time.

Appointment includes:
- Pre-consultation food, activity, lifestyle and health questionnaire
- Dietitian consultation (via Telehealth or phone if preferred)
- Dietary and behaviour recommendations and resources

Medicare rebates are available if your local doctor provides a referral and care plan. Note only part of consultation fee is covered by Medicare Care Plan.

Private health rebates are claimable for nutrition services delivered by Telehealth with eligible extras cover. Please check with your private health provider.
